SMALL TOWN ALASKA

My friend Tim has moved around a lot. He grew up with me in the northwestern Chicago neighborhood of Jefferson Park, though he lived on the tip of another neighborhood called Forest Glen too. When he got older, he moved a little bit south to the neighborhood called Avondale. From there, he moved to the Uptown Chicago neighborhood. That’s when he met Jason because they were roommates together. Tim then moved back to Avondale after their lease ran out. Jason’s an interesting story. He moved to Seattle and went postal and quit his office job within 3 weeks and then moved back to Chicago and stayed with friends until he got a break. Now he works and lives in a small town up in Alaska. He works out as a clerk at this big hotel. They pay for his room and food, so he’s not really spending his money on anything. The problem is he’s up in the middle of nowhere in Alaska. None of his friends are there and he has nowhere to go. But maybe it will be good for him to just save up a lot of money and then move again to where ever he wants to go. He still wants to go and live in Seattle. It’s just that he needed a way to pay for everything when he was there.
